The primary management of Changing Passage presents strengths in the areas of both addiction counseling and parent/adult education.
Terry Adams,RAS, CAMP, CSC, President, and CEO, Director of Programs, has over 30 years in field of addiction counseling. Mr. Adams also has an extensive background in law enforcement. He has been providing Anger Management and Executive Coaching services to the community for the past 15 years.
Philomena “Cookie” Kipp, MFTI, MAED, CAMF, has completed a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with the University of San Francisco and is currently studying for her clinical exam for licensure , she also holds a Master’s of Education from the University of Phoenix. Cookie has 28 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of counseling in family services and addictions. She has worked intensively with Anxiety clients, specializing in Hoarding, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. She worked with the LGBTQ community with transgender clients during her traineeship. Cookie’s therapeutic approach focuses mainly on Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral and Exposure Response Prevention Therapies with an integration of other approaches when a benefit to the client.
Maria Baldizon, bi-lingual counselor has been training in the area of anger management. She has also been trained to provide parenting, co-parenting, and life skills classes in Spanish.
