Chemical Dependency:

Drug and alcohol counseling can help you regain control of your life.

Through the support of the community, we can end family homelessness, end or control addictive behaviors, stop violence in homes, and build emotionally healthy families.

Changing Passage offers non-residential drug and alcohol counseling so our clients can continue their lives with their families and careers in a healthy, positive manner. Our Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program is for men and women that require a less intensive level of care than a residential program provides.

This intensive outpatient substance abuse program includes help for those with addictions who are ready to live a life of freedom from alcohol and drugs. Outpatient treatment helps men and women reclaim their health, mend relationships, rebuild self esteem, and develop effective relapse prevention skills through education, individual and group sessions. One on one counseling and group counseling sessions are available to meet the individual needs of each client. The program is excellent for those transitioning from a residential treatment facility and could benefit from continuing care and intervention.

Family counseling is also available to help the client’s family support and understand the needs of an addictive personality. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, and anger are common to those who live with a person abusing alcohol or drugs. Much emphasis is placed on relapse prevention in the counseling process. Drug and alcohol counseling may be coupled with anger management counseling to better meet the client and their family needs.
